Welcome to Design Destiny and Design & Destiny (collectively referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our app and online courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

Design Destiny is an app providing DIY Feng Shui & Astrology knowledge. The online courses are referred to as Design & Destiny. Our mission is to empower individuals to reshape their destiny as they please.

2. User Registration and Account

We recommend users be at least 18 years of age to study our courses, though there is no strict age limit. To register, users must provide their email, name, and select a password.

3. User Conduct

Users must adhere to the following rules:

• No violence or sexual content.
• Treat others with respect.
• No copying, screenshots, downloading, or sharing content outside the app or website.
• No harassment of any kind.
• We reserve the right to remove any user from the classes for any reason we deem fit. If removed, a refund will be provided. We protect our community and user base based on their moral rights.

4. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

Destiny.ac owns all rights to the content. Users are not allowed to share content outside the app or website with any person, organization, website, or other media.

5. Payments and Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if users are not satisfied with the content. After that period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect pictures, emails, and names for app functionality and communication between teachers, students, and the community. We also collect device data to send notifications about course updates, features, and marketing. User information is maintained in secure databases, and we do not store sensitive financial data ourselves.

7. Third-party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OneSignal for push notifications
• BuddyBoss for app integration
• WordPress for data management
• Stripe for payments

User information is securely maintained, and no sensitive financial data is stored by us.

8. Termination of Service

Users may be terminated for:

• Harassment or violation of terms (e.g., violence, bullying, derogatory actions)
  Users will be warned, and if behavior does not change, they will be removed from all access. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We strive for accuracy in all information shared but are not liable for any outcomes from following the advice in our course materials or app. We offer knowledge only and cannot be held responsible for the results due to the various factors influencing implementation. We are not liable for any ill feelings or upsets due to course materials, teachers, or other students’ actions or words.

10. Modifications and Updates

Users must review the terms page for any updates. When possible, we will inform users of changes to the terms and conditions. Updates will be made as necessary, not on a fixed schedule.

11. Membership Fees and In-app Purchases

Membership Plans and Fees

1. Yearly Membership Plan

• The yearly membership plan costs $299 if paid through in-app purchases (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and $297 if paid through the website.
• Prices are subject to change, and users will be notified of any changes.

Billing and Payments

2. Annual Billing

• Users are billed annually for the membership plan.
• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or through payment methods set up in their Apple or Google accounts.
• Taxes are included in the membership cost unless otherwise specified at checkout.

In-app Purchases

3. Recurring Payments

• The yearly membership is a recurring payment required to maintain access to the app, website, and all course-related materials.
• If the payment is not made, users will immediately lose all access.

3. Access to Purchased Content

• In-app purchases should automatically grant users login information during registration, providing immediate access to the content.
• In case of any issues, an admin will contact the user within 48 hours to provide manual access.

Refund Policy

• Users can request a refund within 14 days if they are not satisfied with the course content.
• Refund requests made after the 14-day period will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Changes to Fees and Charges

• Users will be notified of any changes to membership fees or in-app purchase prices.
• If users do not accept the changes, their membership will end at the end of their billing cycle, and access will be revoked until the new fees are paid at the official rates.

• If purchases are made in-app, users can contact Apple or Google Play Store to cancel their membership within their subscription settings.
• If purchased through the website, users can contact an admin to request cancellation or follow prompts within the app and website to cancel their subscription.

7. Renewal

• Users will maintain access for the duration of their billing cycle. For yearly memberships, access is granted for 365 days from the date of purchase.
• If the membership ends, is canceled, or expires, users will lose all access to the app, website, and all associated content, including their profile and other features.

• Users maintain access to purchased content for the duration of their billing cycle.
• Upon termination, cancellation, or expiration of the membership, users lose access to all content and features associated with the membership.
